Facilities to Close Thanksgiving Week | Business

The budget crunch is forcing Watsonville to close most facilities next week.  On Tuesday, the city said it's closing facilities because most employees refused to take a 10% pay cut.  Watsonville is dealing with a $4.5 million budget deficit.  But essential services like police and fire departments will remain open.
