WATSONVILLE, Calif.- Over 130 pounds of marijuana was seized in what Santa Cruz County Sheriff investigators are calling the biggest bust in over a decade.
It's worth more than a million dollars, and investigators seized $67,000 in cash from the raid.
Undercover agents said music equipment boxes were hallowed out to store the packaged weed ready to sell, "All this stuff is very high quality, high potent stuff," said Sheriff PIO April Skalland.
The sheriff narcotic investigators got the tip and investigated the indoor grow for about a week before making their move Wednesday, the bust came just in time.
